Logos Creative Family Home
Whether you’re a family just starting out or living with a tribe of pre-teens, this book tackles practical and decorative aspects and will show you the way to creating a fun, creative home that can grow with your children, adapting to their changing needs. The first section of the book, “Creative Spaces”, focuses on the different needs of family life. There are ideas for making inventive use of space, prints and patterns, storing and organising, and making room for play and homework, while Room for Imagination and Collect and Display suggest brilliant solutions for showcasing precious artwork and valuable collections. In the following section, “Homes for Creative Families”, Ashlyn visits real homes notable for their fresh and irreverent approach to family life, drawing ideas and inspiration from their varied approaches to a multitude of needs. Creative Family Home celebrates modern family life, in which children, from babies to teenagers, are free to express themselves and develop their own individuality within the context of a creative and imaginative home.
