The author and illustrator:
Xan López Domínguez was born in Lugo, Galicia, in 1957, and he currently lives and works in Madrid. He studied History of Art at the University of Santiago de Compostela, in Spain. He wanted to be a comic book author, until the day he fell in love with children books. Since then, he has illustrated more than three hundred books for children all over the world.
