ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)

is a process that allows consumers residing in the European Union to submit complaints about contracts concluded online (both for the purchase of goods and services) with companies based in the EU. According to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 / EU, these companies are required to inform their users of the possibility of using this tool and make available on their site the link to the so-called "Online Dispute Resolution" provided by the European Commission. Online dispute resolution for consumers The consumer in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool.

This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve any dispute relating to and / or arising out of contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into on the network.
