Composition:
8 green tea flowers, jasmine, chrysanthemum, rose double flower, lily, peony, carnation.

Tasting:
Immerse the tea flower in 80° heated water, in a 1-litre clear container (preferably tube-shaped) and infuse 6 to 8 minutes to let the flower bloom.
Each bloom is different depending on the weave of the flower. If your flower is struggling to open, the braiding is too tight. Then add boiling water to help the tissues relax. The first infusion has an intense taste of 8 minutes waiting. You can infuse up to 3 times for a sweeter and delicate taste.
